Retail Product Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days for unopened, unused, and undamaged products.

  • Products must be in original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Prescription or medical-grade skincare
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or discounted items

Services & Treatments

All services and treatments are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your outcome, please contact your provider. Follow-up care, adjustments, or a personalized treatment plan may be recommended based on your goals.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will offer an exchange or store credit after reviewing the issue.

  • Your full name
  • Proof of purchase or order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, if applicable

Returns or exchanges may also be processed in person at our location during business hours.
